Dr. Rıfat RASİER is a graduate from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul in 2004 withs specialization in Ophthalmology from Demioğlu Bilim University and did his master's program in the Department of Biomedical engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2007 and his PhD in 2017. He started his own practice in 2017 and carries out the eye treatments at Liv Hospital, Istanbul. This is one of the most high-tech hospitals in Turkey.

After completing his education, he started working at Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul from 2012 to 2021 with specialization in Cornea, cataracts and laser eye treatments.

• Certified Health Tourism Medical Practitioner issued by Ministry of Health, Turkiye.

• Counsel of European Ophthalmology Diploma, Paris
